To become a user of our services, you need to complete the payment for your tuition after the promotional period, which includes three free trial lessons, by choosing one of the offered service packages on the designated webpage or via a link that will be sent to you electronically.
Sign-Up and Trial Period Process: When you sign up for trial lessons, we will send you a payment link that includes a 7-day free trial period. Upon signing up, your card will not be charged immediately – only an authorization will be performed as a means of reserving funds.
Automatic Billing After the Trial Period: If you decide to continue with the lessons after the trial period expires, the payment will be automatically processed using your card. If you choose not to continue with the service, you must cancel within the 7-day trial period to avoid any charges.
To cancel the tuition during the trial period, email us at [email protected] at least 48 hours before the trial period ends.
Duration of Service Provision: The contractual relationship lasts until terminated by the User or until the payment is stopped in another way (by failing to make a payment). The User has no right to a refund for any fees paid up to that point if these Terms of Service are not respected.
Cancellation of the Contractual Obligation: The contractual obligation may be canceled at any time. The User who has submitted written notification of discontinuation of the service has the right to continue using the service until the end of the current period for which they have paid. Upon canceling the service, the User is not entitled to a refund of paid funds, except in the case of justified reasons for cancellation.
Pause in Service Usage: The User is entitled to a service pause, provided that the pause lasts for at least seven days. The User must notify the teacher or coordinator in advance of the desired pause, including the start and end dates. Once the request is received, the pause will be implemented, and the User will receive confirmation of the pause period. During the pause, tuition payments are also paused.
Absence from Lessons: Individual absences from lessons are not considered a pause. Unannounced absences from lessons, regardless of duration, are also not considered a pause and do not delay the validity period of the service.
Obligation to Follow Rules: The User is obliged to adhere to the rules of service usage, as well as the terms in tDividerhis document.
Uslovi zasnivanja ugovornog odnosa
Da biste postali korisnik naših usluga, potrebno je da po završetku promotivnog perioda, koji uključuje tri besplatna probna časa, izvršite uplatu školarine izborom jednog od ponuđenih paketa usluga na za to predviđenoj stranici ili putem linka koji će Vam biti prosleđen elektronskim putem.
Proces prijave i probnog perioda: Prilikom prijave za probne časove, šaljemo Vam link za plaćanje koji uključuje probni period od 7 dana (7-day free trial). Po prijavi, vaša kartica se neće odmah naplatiti – izvršava se samo autorizacija kartice kao vid rezervacije sredstava.
Automatska naplata po isteku probnog perioda: Ako se odlučite da nastavite sa časovima nakon isteka probnog perioda, naplata će se izvršiti automatski putem Vaše kartice. U slučaju da odlučite da ne nastavite sa uslugom, potrebno je otkazati uslugu unutar probnog perioda od 7 dana, čime se sprečava bilo kakvo naplaćivanje.
Da otkažete školarinu u toku probnog perioda, pišite na [email protected] barem 48 sati pre kraja probnog perioda.
Trajanje pružanja usluge: Ugovorni odnos traje do otkaza od strane Korisnika ili do prestanka plaćanja na drugi način (nerealizovanjem plaćanja). Korisnik nema pravo na refundaciju do tada uplaćenih troškova usled nepoštovanja ovih Uslova korišćenja.
Otkazivanje ugovorne obaveze: Ugovornu obavezu je moguće otkazati u bilo kom trenutku. Korisnik koji je uputio pismeno obaveštenje o prestanku korišćenja usluge ima pravo da istu koristi do isteka trenutnog perioda za koji je platio. Prilikom otkazivanja usluge nema pravo na refundaciju uplaćenih sredstava, osim u slučaju otkazivanja usluga usled opravdanih razloga.
Pauza u korišćenju usluge: Korisnik ima pravo na pauzu u korišćenju usluge, pod uslovom da pauza traje najmanje sedam dana. Potrebno je unapred obavestiti nastavnika ili koordinatora o želji za pauzom, uključujući datume početka i završetka pauze. Nakon prijema zahteva, pauza će biti realizovana, a korisniku će biti poslato potvrđeno obaveštenje o periodu pauze. Za vreme pauze, jednostavno se pauzira i plaćanje školarine.
Izostanci sa časova: Pojedinačni izostanci sa časova ne smatraju se pauzom. Nenajavljeno izostajanje sa časova, bez obzira na trajanje, takođe se ne smatra pauzom i ne odlaže rok važenja usluge.
Obaveza poštovanja pravila: Korisnik se obavezuje da se pridržava pravila korišćenja, kao i uslova iz ovog dokumenta.
